Cloaked scripts on site

My friend sent me an email telling me that her provider tracked back some hacked content on my website. I did a scan and it came up with: “Cloaking: There is a difference of 384 bytes between the version of the page you serve to Chrome and the version you serve to GoogleBot. This probably means some code is running on your site that’s trying to hide from browsers but make Google think there’s something else on the page.” Since I haven’t added any custom coding on my website, I was wondering if wordpress knows about this and can do anything about it?
