If it’s JavaScript based, then you cannot use one.
You can’t use JavaScript, flash nor iframes here.

Many people have looked (see the forum search box) but, as yet, we have not located one that can be used on wordpress.com blogs. It all comes down to this: html is static and clocks are dynamic. So the only way we may see a clock here would be one that’s contained in a widget. You can request this by sending a feedback in to staff.
