Clock won't display on website or in text widget

    So I’ve been trying to set up a widget that will display the date and time in Tokyo. I have found this and similar links in other forums:

    The problem is, on the actual website, I can’t see the clock. I don’t know if it’s because I updated to Windows 10 or what. My adobe flash is up to date, I disabled the “run in protected mode” and I still can’t actually see the clocks on these sites. I tried to copy and paste the HTML anyways in case it would work on the blog itself, and I still can’t see it. However, the widget box on my blog has a large blank space, indicating that it worked but somehow it isn’t loading or viewable. I know this may not be a WP issue, but any help would be much appreciated!
