clone page option

  i installed new wordpress site with wp multisite
  everything is ok BUT the ‘clone page’ option disappeared.
  when hovering a page name i see ‘edit/quickedit/trash/view’ (while on another wordpress site i have the clone option as well ”edit/quickedit/trash/view/clone page’
  i’m logged as super admin
  please help
