Cloned site

  Hi I have cloned my other wordpress site using WP Clone onto my new wordpress site.
  The plan was to change it slightly for the SEO and the content to relate to the new site name but so both sites look almost identical. Well it does but now i cant access the new wordpress site to change it or make it live. What can i do?
