  http://www.upperlav.com/ appears to be a self-hosted installation of the WordPress.org software it has name servers

  Name Servers:
  ns2.hostica.com
  ns1.hostica.com
  ns3.hostica.com

  As it is a wordpress.org installation you can istall plugins to clone it
