Cloning a wordpress site

  I have my own business and am an associate of another. We want to clone my (yet-to-be-published) website to keep the same structure but replace it with the 2nd company’s logo, photos and contact info, different domain name, point to a different url etc. Is there a way to do this easily within wordpress or do I need use a 3rd party product?

  You could export and import the old site: https://en.support.wordpress.com/export/

  That will include the content, uploaded media, and comments, but the design elements (like choosing the theme and the widgets) will need to be re-done.
