  Hi there. You can set your blog to private, then no one but you will be able to access it: http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

  After you’ve set it to private you can remove all content by following the instructions here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/

  After setting your site to private it will still show up in search results for a few weeks, but when people click on any of those links they’ll just see a page telling them that your blog is private, so don’t worry about that.
