  hello. we would like to close our account due to personal reasons. kindly delete our account permanently.

  Hi!

  If you wish to leave WordPress.com, you can easily empty and delete your site. You can do this at Settings – Delete site. Once this is done – remove all personal information from your Account Settings (click on your photo in the right corner to get there) and change your password to a random string. This will leave your account inactive and prevent you from gaining access to it in the future.
