  We do not delete WordPress.com accounts themselves, as explained here:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/

  If you wish, you can easily delete blogs on your account following the instructions listed here:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  If you are trying to unsubscribe from emails sent to you from WordPress.com, go to Email Delivery Settings and click on “Block Emails”:
