I signed up yesterday, then wrote you guys to close and refund the account. It looks like I still have an account that needs to be closed permanently. The person yesterday said they refunded me, so I’ll wait for that to pop up as well

Hi,
1) You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about ten days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

2) You can follow these instructions to close your account:
Please note: This not only shuts down your username, it deletes all the sites you own and all their contents. After a few weeks, this data will be entirely purged from our servers and the process cannot be reversed. Therefore, please be certain you want to cancel your entire WordPress.com presence before proceeding.

Your refund has already been processed. You should receive it in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
But to close your account we’ll also need to revert your site to how it was before you installed any plugins on it. This means any content you added after adding a plugin will be lost, so I need you to please confirm it’s okay to go ahead with that before I can do it.
Once you confirm, we can revert your site, and then you’ll be able to delete it and close your account if you prefer.
