  I want to close my account, but it’s not possible because according a warning message I have active purchases. However, when I go to Manage Purchases I only see a premium theme that never expires.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi –

  Yes, it’s the Premium Theme: Snaps that is causing this message. Are you ok if I delete that upgrade from the account? Would you like me to transfer it to a different site?
