  Log in to your WordPress.com account and go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases to cancel what you no longer want.

  I see that you already closed your account, but I will respond in case you check the thread again. There was not any history of upgrades under this account, so whatever you were charged for was connected to a different WordPress.com account. Hi there,

  If you aren’t sure about the charge on your bank statement, you can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You an also reach out to billing support there directly.
