  Please help – I had a WordPress.com business (I think) subscription and bought a domain Segametsi.com through WordPress a year ago. Our company has since bought an IT co who register the domain directly. I had been reminded to renew my segamestsi.com registration but IT said that they deleted site and recreated a new self hosted site. When I try and log in it shows both old and new sites and the self hosted site is not loading at all (through https://segametsi.com/wp-admin/). Please assist by deleting my original Segametsi.com account russellsegametsicom and leaving the new self hosted install active.

  Looks like the domain connected to the business plan under your account was segametsihope.com, not segametsi.com, which is a self-hosted site connected to your account via the Jetpack plugin.

  Therefore, you’ve posted in the wrong forum. Your site is using the open source WordPress.org software and you need to seek help at these forums:
