    When trying to close my account there is an error which says I need to contact support. However, I cannot even find a way to contact support. How do finish closing my account?

    Hi there,

    You currently can not delete your account because you still have a theme upgrade connected to it. I can remove the theme for you, but you own the theme indefinitely – so I would recommend you to set your site to private in case you ever want to use the theme again for another site.

    Otherwise, I’d be happy to remove the theme for you so you can proceed with the deletion of the site.
