close account

    Can you please help close my account? Every time I do it there is a notification saying it can’t be done.

    Hi there,

    You currently cannot close your account because of a premium theme that is connected to it.

    I can remove the theme for you, but you own the theme indefinitely – so I would recommend you to set your site to private in case you ever want to use the theme again for another site.

    Otherwise, I’d be happy to remove the theme for you so you can proceed with the closing of your account.
