  I need to close my account and they say i have to contact you. I closed the business so i have to close this account,

  Hi Irene,

  You’re not able to close this account, because it’s linked to a profile on Akismet.com where you still own an active subscription.

  Please contact support at Akismet directly to cancel that. Once that’s cancelled, you’ll be able to close this WordPress.com account.
