  Wordpress have been charging me for an inactive site for years. I just noticed another charge. I want to cancel my account immediately.

  Is this for the domain mapping for happyadvice.com?
  I see you have already opened a dispute with PayPal so we can’t refund it.
  You can reach out to PayPal and ask them to cancel the dispute. If you’re able to do that and they haven’t refunded the charge yet, we’ll be able to remove the chargeback fee and issue you a refund which would take 7-10 business days.

  Let us know when you have done that and within 24-48 hours of you closing the dispute, we’ll have processed the refund for you.
