    Hi there!

    It seems like the Business plan was not correctly removed from the site nzfishingtours.wordpress.com and that is why you are not able to close your account. We will need to revert that site to the state it was before you installed the first plugin which may result in content loss.
    Since you are trying to close the account, I imagine that is not a problem, however, I would appreciate it if you could confirm that you are okay with that.
