    Hi my business went under in the pandemic and I no longer need this service can I apply for a refund which has just been taken out of my account without any notice I cannot afford to have this expense

    You can refund any subscription within 30 days after the purchase (96h for custom domains), however, I don’t see any purchases on your account. What is the address of the site you’re referring to?
