    When I stopped my professional subscription my website was removed as I had a ‘professional’ template – something that was not indicated when I purchased it.

    I’m not here to argue, just to terminate this connection so I can start anew.

    Hi Dave,

    when you cancel a subscription, you lose all its features. For plan Business, it would be all plugins and custom themes, storage space, etc.
    Are you looking for a fresh start on sagaciousdotdesign.wordpress.com? If so, we’d need to revert the site to the state it was before installing the first plugin. This will result in a content loss – are you okay with that? If there’s something you’d like to keep on that site, I’d suggest you export it and import it to a free test one. Once you’ve confirmed that all content is there, let us know and we’ll revert the site.
