  Hi @sunshinetomidnight, it looks like you have a site that wasn’t downgraded properly. I can revert it for you so it can be deleted, which will then let you close your account.

  But you may lose images / content you’ve added since upgrading, and will certainly lose any themes and plugins you’ve added.

  Since you’re deleting the site anyway, it shouldn’t matter, but will you just confirm here that it’s okay for us to remove all of that?
