  Hi is there a way I can close the account without losing the content, I just don’t want it to appear on search engines anymore, I would like it to be private but I might want to continue to use it in the future, please help

  Hi there,

  If you want to keep the content of your site and, perhaps, continue to use it in the future, you do not need to close your account, it is enough to change the privacy options and make it private.

  You can do it with the following steps:

  1. Go to My Site
  2. Click on Manage
  3. Click Setting
  4. Move to Privacy
  5. Select Private option
