    If I close the account now will this stop the automatic payments right away?

    Hi there,

    I can see you have closed this account. It is not possible to delete an account without first cancelling any upgrades on it, however I do not see that there were every any upgrades on this account.

    Is it possible you have more than one account with us? If so you can fill out the form here to the best of your ability to confirm we don’t have upgrades under another account. https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/

    If the info you have is not a match for what we show in our system, then a contact form will appear that will allow you send a direct message to our billing support team, and from there they will reach out to you directly via email.
