  I need to close the account that was never used last year and want to confirm that it will not impact anything in my current setup first.

  I had purchased some kind of Business Plan last year that I ended up not needing and just got a renewal notice for it that it will renew on 12/28. It is for this account mybeehivemarketingcom.wordpress.com

  If you don’t wish to renew your subscription, first make sure that you are logged in with the correct account and then head over to your Manage Purchases dashboard https://wordpress.com/me/purchases click the arrow on the right of the upgrade and then use the link at the bottom of the next page to cancel it.

  Normally with a business upgrade, your query would have been routed to LiveChat or email, so I’ve also flagged this thread for Staff attention.

  Thanks, I just want to make sure that it doesn’t in any way impact the WordPress site that I did end up launching or my email.

  @aubover126 you should be good to go. I can see you didn’t buy email for the domain, the domain is transferred out to another host already, and there’s nothing on the old site.

  Just be sure to log into the other account to cancel it all out.
