  I guess customer service is not the key here. I simply downloaded the plug in because it said it would help me with backing up my WordPress. Turns out they got my email address and wants me to pay first. Not cool! and now when I wan to delete this account it says they will delete my WordPress site and all content? Now I’m afraid to do anything. Not a great experience guys/girls. No customer service just forms and wait to hear back? Get a Chat bot or something to help live customers who want to [purchase but know there is someone there to support them.
