  I need to close my account.

  The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

  Hi there,

  To be able to close your account I need to downgrade your site which was on the Business plan. This process will delete all of that site’s contents so I need your confirmation before proceeding.

  Okay, you should now be able to close your account when you select that option on the account settings page:
