  The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

  Hi there,

  For security reasons we are not able to close an account on your behalf, but you can do it yourself from the account settings page at https://wordpress.com/me/account

  Let us know if you run into any trouble with that.
