Good day. I never used my WordPress. I just saw that the renewal of my account was debited to my bank account with $66. Is it possible to give me a refund for this while I am not using WordPress, please. Thank you. My email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

Hmm, we just need some way to find the charge, as it isn’t associated with this account.
Can you look it up using the secure form at wpchrg.com, then when you’ve found the charge, use that to reach out to billing? Or you can respond here and let us know the name of the site, and whether you recognize it.

Ok, you can use the transaction ID you posted (the part after “WORDPRESS” and before “SAN FRA”) to recover access to the account that was charged: https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form
Then, once logged in under the correct account, you can cancel and refund it from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

You will need access to the account which made the purchases, not the account you’re currently logged in under.
1. Log out of WordPress.com at https://wordpress.com/me
2. Follow the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form to recover access to the correct account, using the transaction ID you posted earlier (the part after “WORDPRESS” and before “SAN FRA”).
3. Once logged in under the correct account, visit https://wordpress.com/me/purchases to cancel and refund the charges.

O my goodness. I am struggling with this. I tried to log in on the other site but lost my password. I requested a new password but did not receive it on that email address.
