  Hi @jbabre3, you’re not listed as the site owner for that address. If you set up the site, can you log out, then log in with the email address that gets renewal notifications and what not? From there you can downgrade and deactivate that site.

  And then if you’d like to deactivate @jbabre3 as well, you can do that, too. Or, if you just want to deactivate this account and leave the site to its owner account, we can help with that, too. Let us know.
