  The reason you cannot close your account is because you used to have the Business Plan on the site at http://unbrokenbody118242621.wpcomstaging.com/, and that site cannot be deleted in its current state.

  Before you can delete that site/close your account, we’ll first need to properly downgrade it back to the free plan. This will remove all plugins and third party themes you still have installed, and there is also a risk that any content you added since you first installed plugins may be lost during this process.
