    I just got charged $66 for my account. First, I never received any communication about this charge. Second, I was planning on closing the account. Please reimburse my credit card and close my account. Thank you.

    I don’t see any recent charges on the WordPress.com account you used to post here.

    The last payment I see for this account was a $18 renewal payment for the domain, debrabouche.com, in May 2019. That domain expired in May 2020, and you no longer own any active upgrades with us. We no longer have a valid credit card on file for your account that we could charge either.

    If the charge is from us, your credit card statement would say WORDPRESS, followed by a unique code. If you see that, please submit our account recovery form and enter that unique code as the Transaction ID to verify your account ownership. Someone will then be in touch via email to help you regain access to the correct account, and they’ll also be able to help you with a refund.

    Otherwise, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

    You’ll also have the option to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
