  FYI, depending on what you’re trying to accomplish, there are also alternatives to closing your account (e.g. change your username, empty a site, or delete an individual site)

  Hi there,

  To be able to close your account I need to downgrade your site which was on the Business plan. This process will delete all of that site’s contents so I need your confirmation before proceeding.
