  I have followed the instructions and they do not work. The window cursor spins and spins and states the account is deleting but simultaneously a red and black box states this user cannot be deleted while it has active subscriptions. The website has been deleted and I have been trying to figure out how to get a hold of the app Askimet, which I also need to delete. Please delete both accounts. I have spent two days trying to delete these accounts. I will also be deleting the emails associated with these accounts. Thank you.
