  Hi there,

  Could you please let me know what site address you are referring to?

  However if your site is hosted on WordPress.com, by following the directions on your Account Settings page (https://wordpress.com/me/account), you can permanently close your WordPress.com account.

  Prior to closing your WordPress.com account, you must cancel any active WordPress.com plans or upgrades from the Purchases section of your account.

  Please note that you will lose all the sites you own and their contents when you close your account. Within a few weeks, the data will be removed entirely from the system, and at this point, this cannot be undone.
