  I have verified that your site is not hosted on WordPress.com. It is hosted on BLUEHOST. Also appears as registrar FastDomain Inc. In this case, you use the self-hosted version, the software of which is available on WordPress.org.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are different. Check it out: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org
  
  This forum is only focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.

  There are no upgrades or subscriptions associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. In addition, tastyhomecookedfoodblog.com is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) at another host. You will need to contact your host’s support team if you wish to cancel your hosting agreement with them.
