  I have not been with this company for over 2 years, yet my credit card gets billed annually for Jetpack. I want to close my account. I finally figured out where the charge was coming from logged into this old account and deleted the payment method, there is no way to cancel jetpack, so I need to delete this account – no one is using it. I can’t get to website anymore since I am no longer with the company

  To delete an account, proof of ownership is required.
