    I’m reaching out to request a full refund I have never use any of the service
    In the settings no charge is showing. But in my account there is charges being taken.

    Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? Can you please fill out the form here to the best of your ability to let us know more info about this transaction? https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/
