  I found a charge from Word Press on a billing statement from my bank account. I vaguely remember creating a website for a professional organization years ago, but I cannot track down the email address associated with the account. How do I go about canceling a plan and domain if I cannot remember the email address or account information?

  Hi there,

  Since you have access to your bank statement, you can provide us with the transaction ID as proof of ownership so we can restore access to your account. Once you have recovered access to that account, you can cancel the plan and the domain.

  Follow these instructions to retrieve that transaction ID from your card statement:
