    I have a jetpack subscription on auto-renewal. How can I cancel it?

    Hi there,

    The account you’re using to post here does not own any upgrades. The Jetpack plan on your site, thrillzz.com, belongs to the user, pavelantoci7.

    You’ll either need to log in as that account to cancel the plan, or else if you disconnect your account from the Jetpack site, that account will become the owner of the Jetpack connection instead, and you’ll be able to delete this account.

    To disconnect Jetpack, go to My Site ->Switch Site and select the Jetpack site. Then click on Settings. You should see an option to disconnect at the bottom of the screen. Or log into the site’s WP-Admin page and go to Jetpack ->Dashboard to disconnect Jetpack from there.
