You can cancel your plan and domain from the Purchases page, here:
https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
Once you’ve cancelled all active upgrades, you’ll be able to completely close the account from the account settings page:
https://wordpress.com/me/account/
Let us know if you have any trouble cancelling the upgrades yourself, and we’ll also be happy to help with this. In that case we will need you to specifically confirm that you want to cancel the domain, annegladden.com, and that you understand the domain might not become available for registration again at another provider, and that we cannot guarantee you’ll be able to use that same domain ever again.

I cannot close my account from the account settings page; it looks like it is loading but then nothing populates to close. Also, even though I purchased an upgrade for my blog page & the domain name, there is nothing under the plan/domain purchase page to cancel. Please assist, thank you, Anne

As a premium member, I should be able to use the live chat, but it will not work. Whenever I try to use the live chat option, the screen is blank as if it is trying to load but never load to provide an option to “speak” with someone in a live chat. This inability to communicate with anyone to easily obtain any type of support is why I want to cancel my blog with word press immediately & not be charged any further for something that I cannot use. Thank you.

I see you are using Chrome as your browser, and the latest version of Chrome as caused some issues with the cookies we use for session authentication.
With this in mind please try either of the following:
- Continue to use Chrome, but first clear your cache and cookies instructions here
- or switch to another browser like Firefox instead
