Close account before 14day free trisl is up

Hi,
I like your blog process, but am really not ready to make a committment to pay the $99 fee.
I could not find any information about closing an acfount to avoid paying the fee after the free 14 day trial. It made it sound easy to do so when I signed up, but it isn’t!
Please delete and or close my account. I do NOT want to have my credit card charged.
Thank you,

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours. https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

Hi Gayle,
I removed the free trial of the Premium plan from your site, so you won’t be charged. You’re welcome to keep using the free version of your site, if you’d like. :)
Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that.

@institutbibledoc — I see you were able to successfully cancel your free trial. Since you cancelled the trial, you won’t be charged for that upgrade.
If anyone needs further help with this, please contact us directly so we can help you with it and keep track of your support request separately. Thanks!
