  Hello there,

  I’m trying to close my account permanently and it’s bring me here to contact for help. Can you help me close it please.

  Hi there!

  There’s one site on your account that’s preventing you from closing the account: thelittleafricanbeautyroom.wpcomstaging.com – Because you had the Business plan on that site which has expired, the site needs to be reverted to how it was before you installed the first plugin/third-party theme on that site.

  Can you confirm if you have already moved all the content away from the site? Or do you no longer need anything saved from this site? Once you confirm, we’ll revert the site (anything you added after upgrading will be removed) and then you can delete the site permanently and close your account.

  Please confirm the above and we’ll help with the next steps.

  Thanks for confirming. I have just reverted the site to the state before uploading the first plugin/third-party theme. You should now be able to close your account by following the steps from here:
