  Hello! I would like to close permanently my account, but it says that I need to contact someone beforehand

  In order to do this, we’ll need to downgrade the site iampremed.wpcomstaging.com first. To downgrade the site, we must confirm that you understand:

  1. Any content (pages, posts, media, comments, etc) added after adding outside themes and plugins will be lost.

  2. Any custom content created by plugins and themes will not be carried over.

  3. Plugins and third-party themes can no longer be used.

  4. The site will revert to using the old theme.

  We can proceed once you’ve confirmed.

  Thanks for confirming – I reverted your site as requested.

  Now, in order to close your WordPress.com account, you need to go through the account closure process on your own. This is not something we can do for you.

  You can follow the steps here:

  Note: This not only shuts down your username, it deletes all the sites associated with your WordPress.com account and all their contents. After a few weeks, this data will be entirely purged from WordPress.com’s servers and the process cannot be reversed.
