Close account permanently

    I close my account, but it says it will take 15 to 20 minutes to be completely erased, it has passed that time and it has not been eliminated. I need it to be eliminated now.

    Happy to help with that. If you would be so kind, can I ask why you are wanting to cancel? We are always interested in user feedback to help us improve, but no pressure if you do not want to say. Was there a feature or something that was missing, or something we could have helped with?

    I see the Trial subscription is removed. If you want to fully close your account, you can do so by going to Account Settings in your Profile and scroll to the bottom. This will delete the site fully and also close the account the site is on.

    This support page will guide you on closing the account.
