Close account permanently

    I just noticed that WordPress charged my credit card $18. Was it for a renewal?. I did not receive a renewal notice and want that charge taken off. I would like to close my account permanently. What do I need to do?

    I noticed you have already closed this account so you won’t be able to reply to me but, if you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for it at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/.

    You’ll be able to use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
