  I was advised that I cannot close my account through my dashboard and when a tried to contact Customer Service I was sent to community forum. I just need to close my website.

  To be able to close your account, I need to downgrade your site which was on the Business plan. This process will delete all of that site’s contents, so I need your confirmation before proceeding.

  I am closed rescuepetsupply.com and wish to downgrade and close that account. If this will affect any of my other domains please advise.
