  Close and delete this account you are not letting me do it and the same problems persist and this time I have witnesses.

  You can delete the site by following the guide linked at

  Delete a Website

  
  Once you delete your site, you won’t be able to reuse the address.

  Please note: If you are on one of the WordPress.com paid plans, you will have to cancel it first by going to the Manage Purchases section in your account linked below:
