  What is the URL the website associated with the subscription that you would like cancelled and refunded?

  We were unable to locate any paid upgrades for the user browneyescas which you are currently logged into. If you would like to close that WordPress.com account follow this guide:

  Close Your Account

  If you have another account where an upgrade purchase has been made please post the username or site you need help with. You may also see your payment history and if you’re eligible for a refund (first 30 days for most purchases 2 days for domains) visit this URL:
  https://wordpress.com/me/purchause

  You may then follow the same guide above to close the second account.
