Close existing web page

    Hi, I would like to close my existing web page entirely, but then start with a new website in the next two weeks or so. I read that if I close my account completely, I won’t be able to start a new website on WordPress for 30 days, is there another way to do this? Kind regards, Mandy

    Why not just start another site/blog using this existing account? It only takes a moment starting from your blue lefthand menu. Then you can delete or set to private your original site if you wish to. Deleting this account will delete all sites you have and mean that this account name and the name of the site(s) can never be used again. The 30 days applies to the time it will take before you can use your email address to create a (different) account here at WordPress.com.
